A laser show for an anniversary, gala or company Christmas party is a spectacular way to celebrate important milestones and successes. Dynamic light sequences, your brand's symbols and synchronisation with music create a festive, prestigious atmosphere – one your guests will talk about long after the event.
This is what we did for Wienkra's 35th anniversary: a laser beam show with mapping combined with video projection, cold sparks and vertical smoke jets.
Galas and anniversaries in hotels
Most corporate galas take place in hotel ballrooms and conference centres. We design the show for the specific room: ceiling height, the layout of tables and stage, and a place for the operator. The most popular moments are the opening of the gala, the entrance of the CEO or a special guest, the awards and a finale with your company logo in laser.
Company Christmas parties
For Christmas parties we prepare shorter, more intimate formats: festive laser graphics and lettering, your logo with season's greetings and, to close the formal part, a show of a few minutes set to music. Lighting the whole evening also works well: subtle effects during dinner and stronger ones when the party starts.
New Year galas, kick-offs and launches
January kick-offs, New Year meetings with partners and product launches need a strong opening. A laser countdown, the reveal of a new brand logo or mapping on the stage or the product timed with a speech – these are moments that also look great in event photos and videos.
Laser shows for conferences and trade fairs
Laser shows are an attractive addition to the content of a conference, grabbing attendees' attention and reinforcing the message. Light effects can highlight key moments of the programme, product launches or the opening of new projects. On a trade fair stand, graphics and logos projected on a wall or screen catch the eye from a distance and need no haze.
Indoor shows – what we agree with the venue
We always prepare a show in a hotel or conference centre together with the venue. Before the event we agree on:
- stage haze – laser beams are visible in the air thanks to a small amount of haze; its type and amount are agreed with the venue,
- smoke detectors – we follow the venue's own procedure, set by its management and technical staff,
- load-in time and route – arrival, set-up and take-down times that do not clash with preparing the room,
- power and the operator's position – access to power and a spot with a view of the stage,
- audience safety – the show is designed so that beams do not reach the audience's eyes; it is run by an operator and a laser safety specialist.

Haze-free options
Not every venue allows stage haze – and not every event needs it. Without haze we can provide:
- projection of logos, lettering and graphics on a wall, screen or stage – e.g. the anniversary logo, the motto of the year or season's greetings,
- laser mapping on a piece of set design, a façade or a product,
- cold sparks – a spectacular finale with no bang and no smell of gunpowder, if the venue allows this effect.
Beam effects in the air – tunnels, sheets and waves of light – need haze, so it is worth asking the venue about its rules early on. If you are not sure what is possible in your venue, we will check it for you.
The wow effect for your guests
